Telephony: An imitation Telecaster made by unscrupulous rip-off artists that sports a bogus Fender decal on the headstock to fool the unwary and uninformed. Caveat emptor!

This is very good! And Highline, I thought Claptomaniac was genius too. 8)

I feel in tune with the inside of your mind - which is probably not a compliment to you!

So many fine things on this excellent thread!

Ceri, I take that as a very high compliment coming for you!

However, I am concerned for your mental stabilization if you're in any way associated with the cacophony that goes on inside my mind.

Two words, sir: Be strong!

Polyacid - Someone being a snob about Nitrocellulose finish

Wahhabitic - A sound so juicy, you want to worship it

Clap-trap - Overly enthusiastic talk about how good Eric's playing is/was

Yeah? Then you're as sick in the head as I am. Greetings! :D

Ah, well then: "I've got the clap". Translation: I'm nuts for Eric's playing and I'm infectious with my enthusiasm.

...There's always someone who has to take it that step too far, isn't there?

Cheers - C

How about......Dialharrea............the need to note every single dial setting on the amp for each tune played so you can get the right tone every time...........

fendears - (having your fendears switched on), that moment when jamming away you find yourself getting lost in the groove

Stratinnitus - multiple causes, 1- having the full force of amp stack 6 inches from your ears for the entire gig because you left home without a guitar cable (yooou ninny) and had to use the only alternative, a patch cable, thats going to look real good eh try smiling your way through that gig
