Which model is it?

Could be any number of things from dirty pots to the output transformer.

Niki, it's one of those monstrous 15 watt models.

Well if it's seen heavy use, it could be a transistor giving out. Those amps aren't made to run on 10 all the time.
Still, I'd see about getting the control pots cleaned. For the £10-£20 it would cost for a shop to do it, it could be worth it, if it sorts the amp.

Don't do it yourself kid. Get it to a shop.

(thanks Buxom)

Buxom my life lately has been a mixture of auditioning for bands I don't belong in. Getting back to the band I do belong in that I quit years ago (big mistake). Self imposed slavery and a dark journey through the nether regions of my psyche.

As well as some fantastic, fun times with people of note. Learning a lot and developing temperance.

Now all I have to do is kidnap Nutter and make him take me on a debauched tour of the Fatherland/Furtherland, make a load of noise with three or four other mid-life-crisis'ing reprobates. Where we can forever rob him of his innocence and sobriety.

Hope things are well with you.

Well, that was a great description. Especially the part with Nutter

I'm trying to get some kinda band together, but it's either people without motivation, or people without gear, or both.

And things are pretty well for me. Got a great old amp, might get some sort of vehicle soon, and I moved things along with a fine young lady. Also, when I was 12, I set a house ablaze and lied to the cops/FD about it. This past weekend, she lit a fire, and lied to the cops/FD about it. I was talking with her mother because I had tried to text her about a trip to the city we had planned, and her mother replied and told me she had done something that was stupid and dangerous. Her mom found it ironic and funny after we had both explained everything.

Well, that just about covers a small portion of my life.

Nice to have you back on deck
