After some deep thought and consideration I have decided that I need to take a break from this forum.This is mainly because of the proliferation of idiots who keep on posting mindless drivel espcially Fender Person 1.What really gets my goat is that some people think that there is something wrong with him,well I can guarantee you that this is not the case.This guy is perfectly"normal"but just as some people are prewired to have warm pleasant personalities this guy was prewired to be an arrogant,cocky,self centered,cretin. If you think for one minute that he's autistic or something then you aare very mistaken. He said some horrible hurtful things to me on the Gibson Forum and even went so far as to identify my name I use on the Fender Forum-something that he had no business or right to do and I still ca't for the life of mefathom why he would do this because up until now I have tried to be civil to him and offer him helpful friendly suggestions and it all came back in my face when he attacked me with his nastiness.If you want to condone his actions and reward him further by taking his side so be it but he's not fooling me or others astute enough to see through his BS.
I am loathe to leaving the forum for reasons such as these but I can't continue to come here and see this fool carry on completely unrepentant for his actions.To those who have supported me and who I have formed strong friendships with and have deep respect for thankyou from the bottom of my heart.God Bless You All Derek.

I'm sorry to read this. I find it is necessary to back off and not get too involved in forums just to avoid the inevitable idiots that don't know how to act. I wish you well with your medical treatments. I hope you'll poke in once and a while to let us know how you're progressing. Good luck.

I myself feel he has mental problems but I don't condon his actions and he needs to be band from here. I just can't argue with an idiot no matter what he says. You will be missed and I hope you come back. Hope your hands get better. I feel for you in that respect as I have issues with mine as well just not as bad as you.

Derek, I wish you wouldn't do this, but I understand your feelings and frustration.
