I love Mike Bloomfield! I got tears in my eyes when I read how he passed away in his car. To those new and curious to hear Mike's licks the cd to get for starters is: Don't say that I ain't your man Michael Bloomfield Essential Blues 1964-1969. I want to thank the guy who started this thread and others who have contributed here. I plan on posting a photo of him on here maybe more. Some say that he inspired Page to play the Les Paul. The one he had, which was stolen, he had purchased from Dan Erlewine, is my understanding.
