I have been browsing some forums and found that they lack luster. One reason maybe is that I'm only visiting guitar sites. I know that when forums first came out they were a fresh new thing like the movie "You've Got Mail". The Internet is filled with bleep words and abrasive language/content and seems to be overrated in my opinion. The movies and television (on Hulu) programs are at times better than cable but lack the variety that is cable. Music is easily downloaded but it takes away from CD's cover and inside art. Plus the CD doesn't have any advertisements like the Internet does. Overall, I guess I'm looking for the next media source, maybe Telepathic multi-media power point screenless center.

Good Luck Cowboy. Sounds kinda like riding a Saddle Without the Horse while strumming on your Air Guitar, as you go gliding merrily along.

In viewing some of these subjects it seems like the authors' only want to talk about themselves and their objects, BORING sIgH. I know this comes natural to people but I think it's more interesting to talk about other people, society as a whole and there relationships with one another than expensive stuff breaking down causing poor little Timmy to complain to mommy dearest. Last time I checked this isn't the "me" generation of the '60's. What generation is it anyway?

Welcome to the Forum, Jack.

It's ok to make sense here...some of us do that on occasion. :P

What kind of guitar do you play?

Hello, I play a Squier Strat and a Dixon acoustic. I run the Squier through a Crate GFX-15. I've been playing for around 15 years but I don't consider myself a pro at all. I've kind of gone from instrument to instrument, first the piano, viola, trombone and the guitar. I can marginally sing but have a rather poor singing voice. I listen to classic alternative, classic rock, some oldies, a little rap, just a little and a spec of cuntry. I try to play all kinds of music but kind of come out sounding generic but any ways. I'm a new member here so take it easy on me.

Sounds like you don't know where you've been and you're not sure where you're going...
... but I'm pretty sure wherever you are in four years (based on your other thread), I am definitely not going to be there with you.
