i was offered a job at my local music store yesterday teaching. this was a big surprise for me because of all the people that they could have chosen they chose me. i will probably take the job it starts next term and i will be workin after school 3 days a week teaching kids and begginers. thats all i have to say really i will let you know more when i get more

I just stated teaching a couple of kids, one 12 one 7. I do not get paid because the Mom has no money and the dad is a jerk who left the country so he would not have to pay child support or alimony. But the kids love guitar, so my heart goes out to them.

I could not take pay anyway in good conscience. I have never taught before and figure I am getting more out of the experience than they are. If I have some success I might take pay later on with different students.

Good luck with your teaching. Hopefully your students are motivated, it makes all the difference.
