You can trade mark the phrase but not copyright it. Copyright is for long form work like poems, theses, plays, other literary works, movies, dances, musical compositions, audio recordings, paintings, drawings, sculptures, photographs, software, radio and television broadcasts, and industrial designs.

The you need to cite the source of the quote even if you own the copy right on it. That way people will not use the wrong nomenclature. Using it in your quote the way you are just makes you look pedantic. Threatening to sue over a bad lyric makes you look pedestrian. Hopefully the fun people are at your expense will have a quick denouement.
