Well, I got new furniture.

Not sure why I'm sharing this, but some family is in the process of moving up to Vermont, and they aren't able to ship these items, due to their immense weight. Lovely couch and TV, $600 for the pair. I most of the moving and all of the hook up. Quite the mess of wires ;-;

We were trying different angles for the TV at the time. Plus, we only had half of our ceiling lights on. And it was night.
