Are there any free sites out there ? I would like to download something to play along with . I'm a retired geezer that picked up his guitar after taking up closet space for 30yrs .

I found some useful backing tracks here: http://www.pbguitarstudio.com/Guitar_MP3_page.html

These are MP3 files that you can download but they are more for practicing scales than jamming. Some of the one cord backing tracks are really good for less knowledgable guitar players like myself. ;)
