Here's my input . . .

1. Have you made a purchase from the Fender Online Store?
YES, SEVERAL

a. If so, how satisfied were you with your shopping experience?
VERY SATISFIED

b. If not, what was the main reason you did not make a purchase?
N/A

2. How easy is it to navigate the web store (i.e. find a particular item you were looking for)?
EASY; ORGANIZED INTO LOGICAL CATEGORIES

3. Have you ever returned any items you purchased from the Fender Store?
NO

a. If so, why?
N/A

4. Do you feel the products featured on the Fender Store are compelling and reasonably priced?
I'VE NOTICED OVER THE LAST COUPLE OF YEARS THAT THE GRAPHICS ON THE CLOTHING HAVE BEEN DESIGNED FOR A YOUNGER CROWD, i.e. LOTS OF SKULLS, CROSSES. PROBABLY NOT SOMETHING A MORE MATURE (READ: OLDER) PERSON MIGHT CHOOSE. PRICES SEEMED TO HAVE EDGED UP SINCE MY LAST VISIT.

5. What, if anything, can we do to improve your experience at the Fender Store?
I OFTEN WONDERED WHY CUSTOM SHOP CLOTHING MERITED ITS OWN PAGE. A SHIRT IS A SHIRT. WHY HAVE TO LOOK IN TWO PLACES? WAS THE CALENDAR DISCONTINUED OR DID I JUST MISS IT?

It was great well laid out and easy to navigate through

2. How easy is it to navigate the web store (i.e. find a particular item you were looking for)? Really user friendly. This is where I get all my Fender stuff from

3. Have you ever returned any items you purchased from the Fender Store?
No
a. If so, why?

4. Do you feel the products featured on the Fender Store are compelling and reasonably priced? Absolutely.

5. What, if anything, can we do to improve your experience at the Fender Store?
Have the shipping go through the USPS. I am stationed in Canada and have a US PO box but can't get my stuff at the post office. I have to go out of my way to the FEDEXs facility 30 miles away.

Yes. I was very satisfied; my purchases were shipped promptly and accurately...and I got each item on sale.

2. How easy is it to navigate the web store (i.e. find a particular item you were looking for)?
Very easy to navigate. Everything is laid out by category, and each item description is complete.

3. Have you ever returned any items you purchased from the Fender Store?
I have never returned an item I purchased from the Fender Store.

4. Do you feel the products featured on the Fender Store are compelling and reasonably priced?
Compelling? Yes. Reasonably priced? I suppose so. I'll admit openly and freely that I'm a bit of a tightwad, and it's hard for me to let go of $25 for a t-shirt, no matter how cool that t-shirt is...the collectable items are very reasonably priced, and I tend toward those much more often than the apparel anyway.

5. What, if anything, can we do to improve your experience at the Fender Store?
I love your sales, and I wish it were easier to get the size I need for the apparel (by the time it's on sale, the mediums and larges are usually already gone...I'm neither small nor extra large, so I'm usually out of luck).
I love the metal signs--keep those designs coming!

I've tried several times to order thigs from the Fender Store only to be told that you don't ship to Canada-the last time was over a year ago and I gave up trying out of frustration so I don't know if the policy has changed since then.

I was really disappointed when The Forum shirts were on sale and people outside the US couldn't get one.That was really upsetting because The Forum is an international entity thus all should be able to buy one.

In order to get Fender shirts of any type you have to go to a music store but they only stock one or two types of T-shirts only.So inevitably you have to end up buying a shirt of questionable origin but with Fender oriented logos etc. printed on them from ebay or get your Aunt Lilly in Boston to order one and forward it to you which is a bit too much of a hastle to go through for a T-shirt and consequently you end up spending more than the value of the shirt in postage and maybe even duty and taxes.Of course we could get our T-shirts custom made in a print shop like a certain person with the same surname as a famous drum maker and that's not Olympic lol.
BTW : I have bought T-shirts from the US through http://www.voxamps.com with no problem.
