I don't know what made me want to, but I've got some ideas for a few scenes, and an ending in mind. It'l be a romantic movie, starting from the day they meet, to the day the other main character kills himself.

The ending I thought of is a bit weird. Basically, a man (the main character) in a dark room, tv on and full of static, sitting in a corner, crying and looking at photo albums. This is when Little Wing starts to play. In the second verse, he puts a tourniquet on his arm and starts preparing a dose of heroine. Just before the first solo, he whispers some sloppy love phrase (undecided yet) and injects all of it, at which point he's killing himself with an overdose. Camera has an overhead view of his body on the floor and is zooming out until the screen goes dark, then the credits roll.

Also, this is just a side project, may take me years to write, idk.

But, I know a kid who has already produced a few short films and runs the news show at my school. I might get in contact with him and see what he can do for me. He worked with my brother, who starred in his first short film as a villain.

Basically, the plot is that 2 people meet, they fall in love, she dies, he loses his mind/can't take it anymore and kills himself.

Not imitating life haha. She isn't dead, neither am I. But, I wrote her a long letter for V-day and hid it between 2 bags of her favorite beef jerky. She loved it. We haven't had the chance to see eachother since then due to family plans or being sick. But I hope to see her this weekend, maybe going to a movie. Also, a couple weeks ago, I spent a lot more than I should have on dinner, it was well worth it though.

Also, the movie is just a collective, from thoughts, things I've read, and things people have come to me for advice about before. I'm trying to piece a bunch of things that have happened to me or my friends together within 2 characters.

(And I don't have a friend who killed himself, I have a couple who were going to. The heroine overdose just seemed a bit good for the dramatic effect)

If you want a good relationship/suicide read, I'd recommend picking up a Murakami novel or two. Lots to plagiarise from.
