Back when Guitar Player magazine had the tear-out vinyl records...
there was an issue that had an unreleased version of "Sharleena" featuring Frank and Dweezil Zappa... It was different than the version released on "Them or Us".
Dweezil starts out the solo, Frank slides in, and the two hearts start pumping one-another's blood... It's a beautiful thing.

I don't know their names but I love the guitars in most Fela Kuti songs. There's usually two of them playing a short phrase repeated the whole song, its great.

John Frusciante and Omar Rodriguez-Lopez. They have two albums called "Sepulcros de Miel" and a self-titled and the guitar playing is amazing.

Guy Piccotto and Ian Mackaye from Fugazi. Don't know what i can say about them that would do them justice.
