There sure is a lot of members alright. But there's only a handful of us that are posting everyday, like 10 - 20 of us with a new person popping up about every week. They make one post and usually that's the last you hear from them.

What are most of these people doing, joining and then just not posting?

I've played guitar for 18 years now and have never considered Fender guitars until a few years ago...my heros were gibson players but later saw (or should I say heard) the light. I've mostly lurked for a while just because I don't feel that I am experienced enough in the techs of Fender but I do try to posy comments when I can. BTW the Fender Forum is another wonderful thing I am learning about Fender and all aspects related

note to all people who don't post, yet read this: post, you may think your opinion won't matter, but it does... we might tell you it sucks, but its your opinion, not ours, we need some variety

The forum's a great place to talk with other musicians, trade secrets, techniques, and practice your typing chops.

I agree, but you gotta admit some of that spam is funny.
This forum is nice and laidback, none of that BS that happens on other forums. I get annoyed with that stuff real quick. As this forum grows, I hope it doesn't lead into that, which I don't think it will cause this is a respectable forum from a respectable company. As for the lurkers, go ahead and post, put your 2 or 3 cents in. It's all fun and games.
And thanks Brad, and the others, for a great forum.
