With regard to Hendrix LLC :Janie hendrix is defiling and desecrating Jimi's memory in every way and making him into being a commodity moreso than a musician.She rules his interests with an iron fist and shuts down anything to do with him that doesn't put money in her pockets.Not only is she not a blood relation of Jimi,she barely knew him despite what she claims.I don't know what kind of mental state Al Hendrix-Jimi's father-was in when he signed over the control of his estate to her rather than one of Jimi's 4 siblings but it always seemed very suspect to me.I guess I'll find out more when I finish his brother Leon's book.I'm sure that Jimi would be horrified if he had known that she would somehow wrangle control of his entire legacy and what she's doing with it.Jimi would've wanted his music shared by everyone who liked it and would certainly be more altruistic about it than his "step sister" is.

He fills in sometimes for Jimi Mayes at gigs where Jimi Mayes is the singer. It is 3 members of Joey Dee and The Starlighters.
