Picked up a new pedal yesterday a Fulltone Full-Drive II-Mosfet and I'm blown away by this thing. I've been through a ton of pedals and effects over the past few years and find very few that really do what one expects of them, but this thing is impressive. Since purchasing I have only had about a day to road test it and I'm sure I'll be even more impressed once I have the the time to try it on more amps and guitars. I first tried it with a Fender Blues Jr., then a Peavey Classic 30, followed by a Mesa 5-25 and it did wonders with all three. So far I find that the greatest improvements are to my Strats and single coil guitars, but it also is great with a Blacktop Tele. Anyway, can't wait to learn a little more about settings and have a chance to use it.

I own a number of Fulltone pedals and oddly that's one of the ones I don't have. It's always been a huge favorite everywhere and I keep hearing about how wonderful it is but for some reason I've never tried that one. I look forward to hearing more.

I have a:
'69
'70
Catalyst
Supa-Trem
Clyde Deluxe
MDV-2
GT-500
OCD

They are all excellent pedals. Strong, simple, straightforward, quality.

Just think of how awesome a guitar player you could have been by now if you had only spent the last 10 years practicing instead of obsessing over pickups and roasted maple necks.

Try it with 18 volts. Some Fuller pedals let you run both voltages and I'm pretty sure your is one of them. You'll get a different tone from using 9 volts. Bigger gain but yet somehow with less "hair" in the crunch but very open and airy. The sound of the guitar comes through better on 18 volts. If you mostly want to hear the crunch and lots of it, thick and fat, run 9 volts. If you're running the neck pup on your Strat for lead lines and you want the chime and spank to still come through try it with 18 volts, you just might like it better.

BMW thanks for the tip on the power supply voltage, I'm sure I'll get around to trying that.
