Can you guys give me some tips on how to connect a guitar to PC in a simple way.?
My amp is very $@!&#* and it can only give me overdriven tones. Do you guys know some guitar modulation application for PC?

Pick up a cheap fender mustang you'll have the best of both worlds then.... Should be able to get one over there for 100....

You could use the Vox product called JamVox or one of these cables

If you used an iPad you could use garage band and an iRig

If you're talking about the actual connection, a guitar/USB interface like this works well.

There are various amp simulators available online or on disc, but really, you need some pretty decent speakers to get the full benefit.

Get a headphone to amp connection, a double jack, and a line out/in. Plug in the headphone converter and the double jack to the amp, plug in the line out/in to the computer mic jack and select the option "Line in". It works well for me.
