I'm not sure whatever happened to mine... this was in 1966...

Funny, I was looking at a VOX curly cord today - according to the info on the label, no frequency drop-out, 24k gold plating, oxygen-free copper, etc. I almost bought one for a time machine! $34.95 for your choice of white or black (with fancy cloth carry bag) and they looked a lot more substantial than I remember from 1966. 8)

Is that a Harmony you're playing? It looks a lot like my brothers from back in the day.

Yep, that was a Harmony - labeled as a Silvertone for Sears, where my dad and I finally bought it. It think it cost about $45 back then. I sold it and an amp just before I went into the army - figured my younger brothers would destroy it if I left it home.
