Hi all,

sorry for the newb questions but i just got this pedal from a friend of mine for free so i really have no losses. I read a little on it and from what i understand it is a volume pedal with a wah, I just tried it out and the volume part works great but when u step on it the led lights up for the wah but it never kicks in...being that i have 0 experience in repairing these im not sure where to start. Any help would be appreciated.

Oh and if it helps the serial number is AA-06W131

Thanks

I have a general rule of thumb that I follow in cases like you have that is:The less that you know about something the less you should mess with it.If your technical knowledge is low, bring it to a tech,if you go at it you could very well do irreversable damage to it.

Oh I agree with you, but like I said i got the thing for free so im not really out anything and I cant really find techs around my area. I guess I was just hoping for the " just replace the $10 switch and you'll be good to go" answer  also, i figured it couldn't hurt to ask

If the wah and volume function share the same pot and the wah function won't work I'd be inclined to think that there's a broken circuit or wire somewhere in the workings of it.
