Tossed my bass into a wall after the wiring went during a song at a show. I have to now replace the neck as its super bowed. Oh Well, just more reason for me to get on buying a Fender Jazz.

Betrayed my best friend's trust. Now all I do is work, go to school and play guitar. Not too much of a life now. People have a phrases for people like me. Fill in the blank. A F _ _ _ _ n P _ _ _ e of S _ _ t.

My life-A-La Mode. :-D

Well, one in perticular I can remember is racing my buddies atv, and jumping his double wide. It was pretty funny, and fun, until I gunned it a little too hard on the ramp we made, and beefed it into the powerlines. Not only that, but at nearly the same instant four wheeler and rider seperated as rider was chokeslammed by the shiny, black coated lines of doom, my buddies mom came out side to watch the quad plummit into the rhodedendon bush and rose garden.

Needless to say, we weren't riding again for quite some time. Me? I had a slight concussion from hitting a line drive on the powerlines (which ripped out and left their house on a blackout for three days), and then immediately falling twenty feet to the appearantly not so soft ground below. Yeah....youth and a case of mountain dew in an hour just don't mix, appearantly. lol.

My buddy caught it on tape, none the less, though the tape is now gone (his house burnt down and took some of our cherished works with it). But yeah, watching it AFTEr the electricity was back on and my concussion wore off, made the home imprisonment so much better (back in the day I practically lived at his house, so him being grounded, basicalyl meant I suffered with him. lol)

Probably not the stupidest thing I've ever done but it rates right up there.

Back in the 80's I was in the Navy stationed in Long Beach at the time. It was my turn as the duty driver for the night. I was awakened in the wee hours of the morning to go all the way up to LAX and pickup someone. I was more than a little pissed off and made the big mistake of calling the officer of the deck, a first class Boatswains Mate, a "dick". He didn't like me and he hated all of us electronics types that got our rate quickly. Needless to say, I ended up losing a rate over that incident.

Perhaps I should have phrased it better: "Sir, would I get in trouble if I called you a dick?.... Well, I guess I better not say that then."

Live and learn.

Here's another one (i'm full of supid stories) as a kid I tried to use an engine part and some twine to make a grappling hook and during use it fell on my head requiring stitches. I tried to put ice on the wound first until I realized I was bleeding.
