Me first. I gave a girl a ticket to a John Mayer show for Valentine's Day, payed for it myself (almost fifty bucks, man!!!), and didn't get her a seat close enough to mine. All behind my parent's back. My friends give me the hardest time about it. :?

Luckily, I can't remember the stupidest things I've ever done. The 70's are kinda hazy.

My life has been a series of bad ideas, man.

Once late at night, my buddies locked me out of the car naked in the middle of the road (long story). As a joke they started the car so I hopped on the hood. Naturally they had to take it to the next level and start driving. It wasn't until they were going about 60 km/h that I realised there was nothing to hold onto. When my buddy hit the brakes, I flew, my snow white behind glistening in the moon light.

So I met religiously with the tarmac and my buddy almost drove over my head. Next stop, casualty ward. The shock wore off pretty quickly though, so by the time we got to the hospital, despite being in severe pain I was seeing the humour in it and having a good laugh.

That may just be stupid thing number one, but I'm sure if I put some thought into this some other moments in my life would emerge has heavyweight contenders for the title.

Started smoking! I have tried to quit numerous times. I will quit and go 5,6, or 7 months smoke free. Then somehow I think I have enough willpower to only have "one" cigarette and next thing I know I'm back to "hammerin' the coffin nails". Cold turkey, patch, gum, pills - I am just a weak person.

Dropped out of college at 20 because of big family problems and lack of coin. Going back and getting through bachelors and masters at 40+ sucked really big time and there was no buying back the missed opportunites.

For added humour, just imagine three adult males driving around our hometown in a car so small you'd expect a troupe of clowns to emerge from it... all three buck naked (once again, long story).
