I used to buy and read it religiously from the first issue till about '95 by which time most of the really informatve writers had left (IMHO) now once in awhile I read it online. I also noticed about 1990 they started retreading old articles and advertising them as new which lead me to buying something I already owned on quite a few occasions. Vintage Guitar is the only guitar mag I buy now and that is hap hazzardly because some months it doesn't seem to hit the news stands where I live

Not really anymore. Like any other hobby magazine, after about a year it seems like your reading the same articles with the same opinions just written by different authors.
