Wow, how did I miss this show.

Daryl Hall, yes that Daryl Hall (Hall and Oates,) started it out as a web series, now it's on TV.

Anyway he has performer friends over to his house. they have some fun playing some music, do some cooking. Gold.

Got back tonight, turned on the TV, and the show was on. Guest was Grace Potter and the Nocturnals.

I saw that one, seems they're in repeat mode while recording new album.
Daryl's house in upstate NY has had some great jams with people like
Smokey Robinson, Todd Rundgren, Sharon King and others.
RIP T-Bone Wolk.

i've watched most of the episodes on the website. great stuff

this looks like my ideal situation. a few friends over for food, drink,- and some music too. no pressure, just a relaxed atmosphere.

I caught the show on Palladia last night with Aaron Neville as
the guest but man, who was that guitarist and what was that
third guitar he played slide with?

Anybody know? He was amazing. They said he was from New Orleans.

It's a great show, but as far as I know it's only available on Palladia and you need an HD cable package to get it. I don't have HD. :(

Would love to go to the restaurant and club for some live music when I visit the northeast again.

It is a great show, it's really cool to see great musicians get together and jam. For a time it was on one of our local PBS, but I haven't seen it for awhile. It's crazy how tight the regulars are, they can bring a guest from almost any genre and sound like they were playing together for years.
