Hi Folks, greetings from Wiesbaden, Germany. :D

I have a question: Some Companies, that use a special font within their corporate design, make their own font accessable for public use by download from the internet. Let me only mention the VOLKSWAGEN-font (wich to me is rather boaring.. :? )

I am a poor Rocker and, as I cannot afford a real Fender, I have bought a Telecaster-Self-Assembly-Kit. (remember: most of the AK-47 in this world were not built by Kalashnikov)

I would like to paint my own name instead of the Fender/Squire-logo on my TeleBaby and I need something like a blueprint. I need a legal download of this font.

Please, can you help me?

Elio :P

I have a font that I have worked on myself, so of course it's on my PC. Is there any way to attach files here?

I was looking for a Fender font family which resembles much to the modern-looking "transitional" and "CBS"-era lettering, as well as the bold serif fonts used on many guitars, basses and amps of the late 1960s, 1970s and early 1980s.

If you really want to get your hands on a more exact fender font you can get it, but there is pretty much a one hundred percent chance that you will have to pay for it. Usually about 10 bucks a font for the ones that are a logo typeface or movie font, etc. Hope that helps. Just do a quick Google search and you will be good to go...

That's the closest that I've found as well.
