a bump for the Forum members in the Chi-town area who haven't seen this, hoping they can come to party with us at our 1st gig with the new name "Clowder".

Thanks Bros!
It was great to play out with Frankie and Rob again (1st gig in a year, lol). The Mutiny is much larger than I expected, a good sized front bar area and an equal sized back bar area with a large stage.
No video that I know of but lot's of flashes going off during all of the bands (4, starting with "Springa Sonic Druugs" Springa of course the former singer from SSD (Society System Decontrol) out of Boston and our drummer is their drummer as well, us-Clowder, Rumors of War and Squealer).
40-50 people at the busiest with about 25 hard partyrs' there at last call, for a Wednesday I thought "a lot of people love Frankie our drummer". 20 lbs of beef 2 gallons of au jus sweet peppers and 2 giant bags of french breads rolls consumed and enjoyed by the crowd, cupcakes for the birthday partyrs' ( I had 2 sandwiches and a cupcake, a gavonne, so sorry, lol) if we get a picture from Phil-n-flash the photographer I will post it.
We did our entire set including the Nirvana cover "On A Plain" which cover we nailed in tribute to Frankie's favorite band.
The other bands were great, I felt a little bad for "Rumors of War" whose members are all underage so they came and soundchecked then had to wait to come back for their set and leave immediately after, good sports that did a great job.
Lastly, I brought my little rig, Peavey 2/15" cab with new Eminence 15"s with my GK backline 600 didn't go through the PA all the bass players used it and they all cut through the mix shaking the foundations. They all thanked me and I thought that was cool. 8)
There I go making a short story longer again.

We're at it again on January 30 a Wednesday. On The Mutiny website we're called Clowder again and they're still sorting out the other bands but there will be a few and Italian beef sandwiches for the partyr's as well. Everyone in and around Chicago is invited. Looking forward to seeing some of you hopefully :D

There is a good possibility for a vid only I won't be playing. Hopefully I'll be there though. Took a 15 foot fall today and shattered my left shoulder. I will spare you the details and hope the Doc's can put the pieces back together. I guess the most musical thing that I will be doing for awhile is visiting the Forum lol. Good to see your post Bros, just got home from the emergency room feeling low then saw a private message from Snowy that lifted my spirits and this too. Sometimes a friend can help when even the Doctors can't. Thanks 53magnatone you are an excellent Fender Forum Bro!

NO ... That is not any news I wish to hear from anyone I know here or in our everyday lives. My sympathies as having broken bones in the shoulder area ( Clavicle ) and torn muscles I can clearly remember the debilitating effect to normal mobility..
I wish you a full and speedy recovery.

If I may suggest something that should help.
Once you are able to move about ( after healing from surgery which I assume is needed :?: )
I have no idea how active you are as far as sports fitness, but if at all possible. As part of the recuperation therapy, riding a stationary bike everyday for about 15 minutes would greatly help your recovery. What happens is that by raising your cardio and thus blood flow it will speed up the recovery as the damaged areas receive blood that is highly oxygenated.
I don't mean to exert to anaerobic thresholds, just a steady 90 rpm of the pedals with a bit of resistance . This is a non impact workout, and if you and your doctor think it's feasible then by all means.
If you would like me to explain further then just PM me and I'll reply with my E-mail address.
Bear in mind that having competed in Ski Racing / Competitive Cycling and coached juniors in both disciplines for years, I have a sound knowledge where recuperation is concerned, which does not dismiss medical advice but enhances the recuperation process.....

You will now be able to dial in to http://www.Hulu.com and catch up on many episodes of TV shows.

Cheers

Clavicle, ouch 53! That is by far the most painful break, glad you recovered. I shattered the head of my left humerus. The first thing I did when I could think again is check to see if I'd broken my clavicle lol.
