Someone with a username close to this (a female name to get clicks) was spamming the strat message board with links to one band over and over. Kinda like this user is doing. two post both about the same band.

I am indeed new to the forum, but as a strat enthusiast I figured my first post should be something meaningful like letting people know about a cool band i heard when i was out thursday night.

and yes I did post two posts that were the same but I merely wanted to get more views on the subject of The Moodies. They were very good live and I figured I'd help them out since they're just starting out. I figured you guys would enjoy the sweet sound of a strat and a tube amp but i suppose not

To be quite honest, it wasn't that great, but for future reference, if you have a band you want us to check out, just say "Hey guys, there's this band that I like, what do ya think?" rather than say "OMG! check out the sound of this awesome strat!" You build people up to thinking that something extra ordinary is about to come. Glad you are helping out a band and glad you like strats and tube amps. We just happen to have a lot of trolls lately, and people tend to think this is just another one. Welcome to the forum and feel free to put up you tube addresses for bands, just let everyone know what it's about, a little background etc. That way, you'll get better feedback and less smart@$$ remarks.

no problem  I get a little excited when i hear a cool band that noone has heard before. Its a good thing for music in general to help them be heard and its good for fender that both guitarists are playing Stratocasters. Plus they look sexy (the guitars).

Im a member of a few other boards. Mostly motorcycle and car forums but I love stratocasters in particular, not just guitars. So i figured i would join and see if i could see some cool strats and talk guitars with people

I liked it.

Raw. Jam-my without overdoing it or noodling incessantly. Cool tone, cool song. I liked the lyrics.

I would listen to them again.

Thanks for sharing, and welcome to the Forum.

Thanks! I realize its not led zeppelin in studio but trust me if any of you saw the whole show it sounded very raw but also very real and i think thats what half the bands out there today lack. Also, could someone tell me what kindof strat the kid with the fur hat is playing? It looks like an HSS but is it american or ??? I think it has a different finish. Almost looked like nitro paint
