I'm looking to put together a new guitar based on Tele body I have.
One think I'll need is a new neck and was wondering if anyone had any experience with buying a neck from Warmoth or if they had any better recommendations.

I bought a Warmoth neck to my specs for about $250 and it's a nice one. I have never seen a Fender neck close to that. Much less to your exact specs.

I went through USA Custom Guitars to get the neck and body on my forum-caster. While it's not assembled yet, the overall quality was very good and you could tell they really paid close attention to detail.

I chose them over Warmoth because they offer some options that warmoth doesn't, particularly as far as the neck thickness and back contour shape goes. They're also a little faster than Warmoth. As far as the price goes, they were within $10 of the quote I got from Warmoth with the specs as close as possible to each other.

I got a Warmoth neck for one of my Teles and it was OK. I got it made to my specs and everything was made to spec. I was however disappointed with the fret work. For the price I payed the fret ends should have been a little nicer, maybe they just had a bad day.
