Hello folks

Here is some unrelated music news:

A few days ago a buddy of mine told me I was in a Star Wars documentary called Jedi Junkies which was PG-13. Starring Olivia Munn, Jeremy Bullock, Peter Mayhew, Ray Parks and many more. This was rated PG-13. I just found out about this and the documentary was released in theaters in 2010. You see . . . . We have this big annual Science Fiction festival here in Atlanta called Dragon Con. This attracts over 40,000 people and occupies 4 hotels. Aside from my new guitar hobby - - -my other hobby is Science Fiction and my Star Wars costume which took me a year to construct.

At the convention (which was in 2008), I was approached by a film crew who asked me to fill out a waiver so they could interview me. I did not think it was a big deal because we get approached by lots of local media here when we wear our costumes.

This film crew asked me questions about my costume and what drives science fiction fans to dress like the characters in the movie.

Honestly, I thought the documentary about Star Wars fans (Jedi Junkies) a little bit boring...Even if you are a die hard Star Wars fan. I thought the content of the documentary was focused on the girls who like to wear the Slave Leia costumes.

Never thought I would be on the silver screen this way. I saw the reviews for this flick and most of them were pretty good. To bad I was not invited to the release party!

There! Now I stated to the Fender forum I am a Star Wars geek. LOL
