Kinda not a Fender question,but have a question.

I have a B C Rich Green Acrylic Mockingbird that is MIKorea,and I am thinking of changing all the guts to make it better.

It has Humbucker designed type pickups and One volume, two Tone knobs and a 3 way switch.

I plan on going with 2 Seymour Duncan pickups,(Not sure which yet,but those will be the "Them") But what would be the best Volume and Tone control pots to get?

Is there better wires to put in it as well??The wires seem OK,but If I`m inside,I might as well upgrade it properly.If I replace the wires,,What Gauge is best,and Where can it be obtained?It needs to be Shielded,correct?
