I don't know if that's a fair price or not, so I'll just share my philosophy regarding about the "horse trading" we do with our instruments.

Depending on how that Guild "spoke" to you...There are no more 1967 Guild guitars to be made. Production ended in 1967.

However, there are many CS 1960 Strats to be bought or to be found, and production has not been suspended (as of yet), so you should be able to find another if the desire hits you later.

I am not a fan of selling one guitar (especially if it's a beloved part of your playing arsenal/personality of tone) to buy another, UNLESS the (new/replacement) guitar is something so special and rare so as not to be found again.

I have sold only one guitar and one amp I wish I had back, and both were sold to make house payments, not to fund further musical purchases.

If the CS Strat embodies everything you want in a Strat and you'll never be able to afford another like it again, keep it.
If this Guild speaks to you in (good) ways that no other guitar has ever spoken to you, do whatever it takes to bring it home...

Instead of selling your CS could you put the Guild on lay away ? That might work out better for you unless you don`t mind getting rid of the CS.

Go for the Guild you'll probably never get another chance. But not at the expense of your Strat. You'll regret it for sure. 8)

The pickups on these late 60s-mid 70s Guilds were deadly and way outdid the Gibson humbuckers in every way.I wouldn`t think twice about picking up a gem like that puppy. I would find some other solution than getting rid of another guitar to finance it as I have done that in the past only to live to regret it.

In excellent condition they list around $1800 to $2000 US. The one you pictured has some pick wear on the front which may account for the lower price, but they are still asking a premium price. I've got a friend who has one and I've played it. It's a nice guitar but not a $1600.00 guitar to me. It was aimed at the Gretsch and Gibson market when it was produced. It is a well made guitar but it is a laminate body and not solid wood. Keep the CS. :|
