The Gear Page (TGP) is one of the best for all around discussion. Also an incredible place to find an instrument (lots of sales and trades). The Acoustic Guitar Forumm (AGF) is really good for Acoustic instruments. Lots of discussion and lots of informed people who can answer any of your questions.

That is a new one. Shows promise. Not an official site of any manufacturer so you can say what you want so long as it is family friendly. Also they do NOT allow any spam whatsoever. Spammers get ONE and only one strike and you're OUT.

And there is one more site I spend a lot of time on....but I can't remember the site's URL right now....it is brother something or another.
