Hey guys, new guitar player (to electrics) here, and i recently received the clip-on Fender guitar tuner!
its a great tuner for my simple purposes, however it seems that i cannot get it to turn off without taking out the battery, and simply holding down the power button works for a bit, but the battery is always drained, seeing as these batteries cost 7 dollars per battery, i would rather not go buy a new one every time i want to tune.
Any help is much appreciated!
Thanks

That's strange because many of these tuners have an auto-off function that automatically shuts them off after not being used for one minute. If the tuner is still under warranty and you still have the receipt your best option would be to bring it back for a replacement or refund, that is considering that you have read the owner's manual and are following the instructions closely.
