Right Back at You Guitslinger. Hope Santa was good to you this year. I don't know anything about Newfoundland. Are you close to the water and is it windy and cold? Thats the picture I get looking out my front window. Shiver me timbers and stuff like that. There be white caps on the Briney Deep.

Thank you and all the best to you. We had no snow, made it nice for those who travelled but, it wasn't the same.

Hey Danny,I live about 200' from the North Atlantic where sometimes the waves that crash onto our beach are 20' high.On a fine day in summer we can sit on our front deck and watch and listen to the whales swimming around the icebergs in the bay that have floated down from Greenland. We had about 4" of snow on Christmas Eve,just enough to make it look Christmassy.

I envy you, that sounds awesome. All I have are squirrels and some deer. Of course the birds.

Sounds like a mighty cool place to be. It's about like that here without the 20' waves and icebergs  8)

I'll try to get down to the beach in the near future to take some pics. In the meantime there are lots of pics of the beach on the Facebook site:Help us Save Ragged Beach group, there are times that the waves there are spectacular.

Just had the opportunity to look at the page and the You Tube video. It's a beautiful place.
