Good Morning.....

Its been very nice here the past month with temps in the 20's, 30's and 40's. The winter is getting shorter by the day....

I have a busy day on tap - shopping with Mrs. Beaubs, wrapping presents, cleaning the laundry room (new dryer on the way) and of course....ripping out some blues licks. I got my G & L all set now with the Bare Knuckle "Stormy Monday" humbucker in the neck and a new black pick-guard. The tone is something to behold.....

I hope you all have a great day, be safe on the roads and keep a bucket of water close by to cool down those burning fretboards!!!

Good morning all.

Well, it's almost 9 am, I'm on my 4th cup of coffee, I've already ran through the 11 new songs that we are playing tonight (been working on them for 3 weeks) and I now have everything packed up and ready to go. We have to be there at 10 am to set up! That's too d@** early. At least it's only about 10 minutes from the house, so I'll be able to come back home and kick back this afternoon.
This is my first "real" gig in 17 years. I use to get all nervous, but I'm really relaxed and looking forward to puttin' on a good show.

Everyone have a good one. I know I will! :D

Good morning Beaubs and everyone. A fresh blanket of snow in the northwest Chicago 'burbs. Just a few big snowflakes falling out of the sky now. So, tea and pondering what breakfast would be right for a geezer (me). Here's hoping y'all have a great weekend (Thanks Rhumba :D ), break a leg grho50, play on Brothers and Sisters 8) .

how about burnt toast, 3 strips of greasy bacon, a poached egg, geritol, and a caffeine enema. works for me!

Howdy!

Cold out today. Got some chores to do before I plug in for some Big Hairy guitar savagery this evening. :D

Have a good one folks!
