wondering if anyone can top this for a cheap solo rig !

Anchor Ensign TL-1B portable PA (45 watts into 2 5" speakers) $10 at yard sale
Nady SPC15 condenser mic and Shure PG48 dynamic - $30 for the pair on Ebay

Morgan Monroe dreadnought mic'ed with either of the above mics

MIM '94 Strat into Rogue volume pedal (came free with above mics), Boss SD-1 overdrive, Danelectro DanEcho delay, then into PA, or into amp, Frontman 15r or 25r - $25 each on Ebay

both axes were handed down to me by family, the most "expensive" piece of the rig was $50 for the delay -- all the pieces were "previously owned" except the Boss pedal, $34

Very nice Hou-Tex, Godin makes some great guitars. Definitely good value instruments.

Righteous resurrection sweetwilliam, welcome to the Forum. Interesting collection of gear that you listed, sounds like you received some hand-me-downs or heirlooms, very cool. 8)
