Buxom, without really going into the "They suck/they rule" debate, I will say that when I learned to play the piano parts to "Let it Be" and "Maybe I'm Amazed" (I know, that's just McCartney, not the Beatles) I was amazed at what an incredible sound Paul got out of a fairly simple chord progression, which to me is the definition of genius. I mean, anyone can play a bunch of notes and impress you with the amount of notes they can play, but to turn something relatively simple into something sublime and soulful, well to me that's genius.

But for the record, in a Stones vs. Beatles controversy, I come down squarely on the side of the Stones...
