I'm looking for info on this guitar. It has a 20th anniv neckplate, is a dark silver/gold color w/black pickguard and dual humbucker pickups. It has an I/C serial # on the neck, (crafted in Indonesia). I have had it apart. It does seem to have a solid wood body. All of the 20th anniv models I see are SSS style pickups. Is there anyone out there that knows anything about these guitars. I paid $100.00 for it and it seems to work great. I have upgraded the string guides to the 2-1/16th stamped steel, ( one of the originals had been replaced and didn't match the other 5), and the trem block to a large steel, as well as adding new strings. Aside from that the neck is straight and it seems to play great, I just think it's an oddball.

Sounds cool, people on here "in the know" that can help you usually like to have photos when you ask for info on a guitar. I'm not really one of them but it's amazing what some of the folks on here will notice on a guitar if you give them some photos.

My first electric was a Squier Standard Strat, Indonesia made, in heritage cherry sunburst with S/S/S pup configuration. It played great and stayed in tune well, but alas it went to a trade for a new bass amp some time ago. Seller's remorse on that one.

But I do love the replacement one too, my Band of Gypsies strat.
