I just heard on Sirius a while ago that Dobie Grey who was best known for his hit Drift Away has passed away at the age of 71,they didn't give out the cause of death. Another star for the heavens.

Thanks for posting Chet.

R.I.P. Dobie Gray. My favorite hit record of his "The In Crowd".

R.I.P. Harry Morgan and Alan Sues. My favorite TV show for Harry "Dragnet" and for Alan "Rowan & Martin's Laugh-In".

Before Harry Morgan took the role as Colonel Potter in Mash he had been on a previous program of it earlier in the series and played the part of a very senile general. The most poignant moment of the show involving Harry Morgan was the episode where Radar left, I think that was my favourite episode.

Harry Morgan has always been one of my favorite actors His grandfatherly character Colonel potter is probably his most famous. I also enjoyed his role in Drag Net And his portrayal of Sgt.Bible in "The Strategic Air Command". He was 96. RIP Mr. Morgan.
