Aside from the last wee bit this is a fairly reasonable post...

You're voice is probably just starting to break, but don't fret, Justin Bieber's is too.

 This is sort of the opposite of what happened to me. My mom made me join choir when I was 6 or 7 and I hated it because I was never good enough. Now I have a bit of a deeper voice and sound sort of like this guy http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bW1VNDnRut8

(Yes, I have sang that song before and yes, I'll do a recording when I get a new mic)

Unless you give us a sample of your singing we can't really tell you if your voice sucks or not or whether or not your going through puberty. I don't believe they make a spray to clean your voice......maybe for your bad breath
Learn how to use your diaphram when singing and not strain the vocal chords. All good singers take care of their voices and warm up prior to a gig

You'll like this.
There's a lot of sort of informal rehearsals going on in my school right now because the GCSE class are recording our irish compositions, but one day a week all of the rooms in the music dept. are locked until about 20 minutes into lunch. So while there are about 20 odd 16 year olds standing in the corridor the choir teacher comes out and herds them all in to her room.

Hilarious. I kind of want to join my school's chorus dept next year. But then I'd have to go to events.

I'm involved with music technology, last year I missed about a week of class in the lead up to the school concert. I basically sat at the back of the assembly hall, ate maltesers and talked to the head girl.
I don't know what the examining system is like wherever you live, but offering to play in people ensembles for exams is a great, legitimate reason to miss class as well.

Ahhhh. We don't have those here. Although my English teacher likes me, so he puts me in charge of the class when he leaves.
