first CD i bought was Chang Hung Liang's " Guts of The Race" back in 1992, I first bought the cassette, soon my father bought a CD player and I got myself my first CD. It was a very important album to me, which "open" my ears to good alternative music....
it was after this album that i know what is good music...

My parents bought me a "Cars" 8-track cassette and that was the beginning of my downfall!!!

I then bought the Beatles White album; you talk about blowing away the mind of an impressionable youth!!!

To this day I still love Rocky Raccoon.

Walk Don't Run, The Ventures, the vinyl album

Still a fave. "My God, but that man (those men) can play."

(paraphrased from a poem whose name escapes..."Dangerous Dan McGrew"?)

I know it was Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers, but I can't for the life of me remember which album or what age I was.
