Great sustain and groovy effects.

Liked it. Great arrangement, great musicianship.

Thanks, Rollie. Yeah. Roxy’s performance was outa the box, Me thinks it was more than the keyboardist that was smowkin that night. The ending was tight as a loose nut with WD-40.
Actually, I kinda liked the retro thang. Since they don’t encourage old dudes in the millennial clubs, and there is trending like the 60s, is this acid poetic rock relevant today? I dig it and always did. Except, for the few freeform wacked out don’t get it left the talent at home wannabes. The lesser known diamond in the ruff groups could really shine if you were lucky enough to catch ‘em before they were dropped by promoters or record companies though.

Tough times to be in a band back then. Still is mind you. You had a choices of doing your thing collectively and gathering an audience, doing your thing while everybody else in the group was doing their thing often at the band’s expense or audiences’ confusion as to what to expect and, if lucky, you had great artists that knew when to share their thing with the other’s talent. As the Beatles said, basically, personal habits are personal and not meant for the studio. I’ve seen this become a recipe for disaster first hand. Sometimes, ya just get lucky.
As for Roxy, they all managed to do pretty well. and Brian Ferry hit this town at the Burton Cummings Theatre (an old resurrected movie theatre where musicians and others go to hear musicians) not long ago.

Glad you liked Cromwell, Rollie. Thought you’d might.
Journey has a place in my record case, but Journey Through Time (cool name) is boiling hot. Excellent video. Thanks, for posting, Rollie.
