He's obviously using the wrong type of pick.I use Pseudo Rocker Air Guitar picks,they are pricey at $15 each but I have never dropped one nor have I heard of anyone else dropping one.I can send him as many as he likes-pre-paid of course.

Go on : V-picks.com. Their a little pricey but as your fingers warm them up they get sticky and you don`t drop the pick. I`ve been using them for over a year and I havn`t dropped the pick yet.
