Post subject: Am i holding my pick wrong?

i was trying to do some SRV picking the other day and all of a sudden my pick drops from my hand during the intro of Voodoo Child (slight return) i HATE these moments

SRV did this all the time, he took ideas from Hendrix who used to place little bits of chewing gum on his picks to avoid it flying off during enthusiastic performances.

Some say it's the secret to SRV's tone due to the pick being perfectly bonded to the player in a beautiful symbiosis.

Contact cement and staples do the trick for me since I've developed this neuro-muscular condition.It only hurts for about a minute then it goes numb-just like your skull.

I don't think that he looks at what he types anyway because if he did he'd readily see how inane his statements are.
