Hello Fender guys and gals, I just made a trip to guitar center to pick up some new strings on my lunch break and happened upon a Maurader. I got to doodle around a bit
with it before heading back to the grind, and I must say that this is a pretty nice-playing guitar.
I think there is gonna need to be a space reserved under the 'ol Christmas tree for one!

I didn't have time to plug it up. just diddled around with it and really like the neck.
China got it right on this one. I will be making another trip out soon to see what this
triple-bucker s all about. I'm fairly sure that if I get one, all electronics would be swapped
out. I don't like how stiff the v/t knobs are, or that stupid blade switch.

Oh, at first I thought you were talking about a Gibson Marauder. That's going to take some getting used to..

haha I had a chance to play one of those when I was in Pennsylvania...

Its funny I've never played any other "typical gibson"- never played an SG, Les Paul, ect.... but I've played a gibson Marauder. :P

It was an unconventional guitar, but still cool.

A buddy of mine used to have a Gibson Maurader, they're fun to play. I really liked the V
headstock. After one show, the dummy put the guitar in the back of his el camino,
and "POOF", pretty sure ya'll know what happened...
