Without. I like the natural flow a the body and don't want to be distracted from it.

Stripes: who cares whether your guitar has stripes,
Folks pay money to see you play, not to see your stripes. Just remember, once there painted on there tough to get off. They may somewhat diminish the value of your guitar. But after all it's your property and if you like them go for it. 8)

+1 SA...I like them on Fenders, but not on Gibsons...kind of like stripes look great on a Camaro or Mustang, but not so much on a Corvette!

I special ordered a '71 Mustang in 3-tone sunburst because I didn't like the racing stripe across the body of the Competition models. So in a word - No!

No one has to like it but you! I loved the look when I was a kid when they first came out. Now that I'm a Geezer, I really don't care what a guitar looks like as long as it plays well and sounds great.

Absolutely not!

Well, maybe once in a while, I guess... :?

I guess it depends on the guitar. This one came this way and I like it! :D Hot pickups, too!
