+1!

Terribly under-rated and under-appreciated IMO.

His riffs in every Beatles song were both tasty and timely......as effective a lead guitarist as there ever was.

A beautiful player and songwriter. And one of the truly nice guys of rock and roll.

Missed and never to be forgotten.

Cheers - C

Just think of how awesome a guitar player you could have been by now if you had only spent the last 10 years practicing instead of obsessing over pickups and roasted maple necks.

Has it been 10 years? WOW.

It would take me 5 lifetimes to repay the contribution that George Harrison has made to my life,as an inspiration to become a musician and as a model for me to follow.I've adopted a lot of his philosophies to my life and can state tmhat my life has been made so much better because of this man.

The day he died was a shock to me even though I knew it was inevitable.I sequestered myself in my music room for 3 whole days going through all my Beatle and George recordings and read the whole of The Beatle's Anthology book again as I played all 3 editions of the anthology albums.George was the best friend that I never met. Thanks George for everything you have done for me.Hare Krishna.

I got this via email and not sure if it is/was actually one of George's
amps or not?
