Anybody watch him live at the Albert Hall on pbs the other night? I'm not that much of a blues guy but really enjoyed the show, I thought he has a fine voice that compliments his great guitar skills.

Anyway I ordered a copy of the cd The ballad of John Henry because it has the song Stop, which he played along with a few other gems.

missed it, Joe is a good guitarist and his vocal abilities are good as well, glad that you enjoyed the program.

The only person I know that watched him live at Albert Hall is Sir Ceri, master builder, double-naught master spy, and master....(how do you spell that?).

Just popped in the "Live from Nowhere in Particular" CD, mixed up something to drink  , logged on to the forum, and saw this post.

Saw him last month in Boston and he put on one hellofa show. Kid has some serious talent, and as mentioned, has a great voice. Played a lot of Gibsons (LP, ES335) and a couple of Strats through mostly Marshalls (and one Egnater that I noticed!) Superb tone! I recommend everyone checking him out if you haven't already.
