Ah, the eighties. Worst decade ever for pop music.

To get a record deal, you just needed a Casio synthesizer, good hair and an effeminate British accent in your singing...even if you weren't British (effeminate might help).

Good decade for blues and roots-rock, though...we got SRV, The Fabulous Thunderbirds and lots of Joan Jett during those years...
