As most of you know I'm saving my money from quitting smoking to buy a Rick but today while in my regular music store-Reid Music,Mt. Pearl,NL-I saw a couple of things that blew my mind.First was a brand new Vox AC-30CC for $859 next was a sweet mahogany body Squier Thinline Tele for $279.I have more than enough money in my piggy bank to buy the Tele outright but would love to have that sweet AC-30.The manager said that he would do a trade deal for my Vox AD120VTH with the 412 BN cab and VC12 footcontroller.I don't know if it would be worth it because the AD120 set up was valued at over $2,000 new and is in near mint condition and that's why he was willing to do a trade.They usually don't do trades but they know just how fastidious I am with keeping my gear in mint condition.Any ideas what I should do?Thanks.

In the end it is your money. I have said this before, I'd keep saving fro that Ricky. Once that is paid for, you can set your mind for something different.

Maybe find a bit of a lesser guitar and ask them to throw that in. Then buy the Tele and have 2 more guitars.
