Glad that you had a good time Alan! I saw his Dad with the Mothers of Invention back in 68 and Frank was great. I like Dweezil's playing as well. A pic of the tat will be cool. 8)

Sore, sore, sore! Looks good Alan. Is your daughter a tattoo artist? from what i gathered from your previous post it sounded like she was gonna be the one to do the work?

Concert sounded great. Did Dweez do "Watermelon In Easter Hay?" one of Frank's best of all time IMO. 8)

hi gary , hows things mate ? yes my daughter Alana is a tattoo artist , she told dweezil it was my birthday soon and would he sign my arm , he looked a bit bewildered but said yeah that would be cool and said where will i sign , i said pic a space and he couldn't have done it any better 8) top bloke  and it's not really sore , it's a nice fleshy bit , i had a few hours work done on one of my legs the other week and most of that was on the shin and ankle bone , now that was bloody sore , but the most painfull tat i've had done was on the ribs , i have a gaisha done on my right side  , and no mate he didn't do watermelon in easter hay , and he never did zoot allures , one of my faves but he did play a wide and varied selection from franks huge back catalogue and i would say to anyone not quite sure about zappa's work to go and see the zappa plays zappa show , it rocks and you won't be dissapointed one little bit 8) cheers
Alan

OUCH! But very cool. Cant say I want one for myself but I appreciate the art and the look. 8) I was checking out the old Zappa stuff on you Tube and ran across an old 1993 Interview with Frank. It brought back memories of his struggle with Prostate Cancer. I cant see any reason to post it. The memory is sad enough. :(
