I can't tell you how much your well wishes mean! The elbow is sore but it is on the mend! The album is still being worked on (vocals, keys etc) and the first single will be released the 2nd week of December. I will keep everyone posted.

"if" you have the luxury and the patience, take time to let it heal up "right". i didnt' do it after acl surgery and sometimes i wish i had. but, i needed to get back to work.
for the record. rehab is a rip off if you have insurance. they really tried to screw my insurance co. and myself. i simply couldn't afford it. i got on-line and did my own rehab. honestly, i have never missed a day of work due to my knee.
